The international jury of the Libex 2020 Prize for Freedom of Expression has chosen the ten finalists among the 55 cartoons that made the first selection. Organised by the Euro-Mediterranean Centre for Freedom of Expression (Libex) – Giuseppe Di Vagno Foundation, Cartooning for Peace and Voxeurop, the competition saw the participation of 118 cartoonists from 32 of the 47 member countries of the Council of Europe.
The 55 selected cartoons will be exhibited at the Libex centre in Conversano (Italy) from 25 September. The three winners will be announced on the spot the following day during the Lectorinfabula festival.
